Meet Cason Carter, NLVA President
Cason Carter is the founder and CEO of Broughton Partners, a company dedicated to connecting law firms with high-quality claims to drive justice for victims of corporate negligence. Cason’s journey began in corporate insurance sales, where he witnessed the imbalance of priorities as businesses put profits before people. This experience ignited his passion for advocating for victims and inspired the creation of Broughton Partners.
Under his leadership, Broughton Partners has achieved rapid and impressive growth, reflecting Cason’s innovative mindset and strategic execution. He is known for his ability to navigate change and lead with a strong vision, making him an invaluable asset to NLVA. In addition to his work at Broughton Partners, Cason has served on the NLVA Advisory Working Committee, further showcasing his dedication to advancing the legal vendor industry.
Meet Scott Blackburn, NLVA Vice President
Scott Blackburn is the Partner and President of Legal Conversion Center (LCC). He oversees operations, builds strong client relationships, and ensures law firms have the tools and support they need to succeed. With over twenty years of call center experience, Scott has a deep understanding of the legal industry’s technical needs and operational challenges.
Scott is a firm believer that quality service starts at the operations level. His IT expertise and hands-on leadership style ensure seamless solutions for his clients. Over the years, he has cultivated long-lasting relationships with some of the nation’s leading law firms and legal lead providers, solidifying his reputation as an industry leader. Like Cason, Scott has also served on the NLVA Advisory Working Committee, demonstrating his commitment to the organization’s mission and values.
